My 2012 Impala LTZ didn't crank one day this week. The dealership gave me roadside assistance and my vehicle was towed to the dealer. They sent a courtesy car to pick me up and take me to get my car, as I had no one else to bring me to get it. The driver was very courteous and drove safely.
