Dave, I'm sorry for your poor experience with us. We take the window stickers and laminate them so the customers have a longer lasting sticker when they purchase their vehicle. It looks like we ordered a duplicate monroney for that truck as it was ripped when we tried to laminate it. I can assure you that truck is new and no vehicle on our lot is being misrepresented as new. We offered you a discount of over $11,000 and you wanted another $3,000 which we simply can't do. I'm sorry that we didn't communicate more clearly when you were here. Jody, I'm sorry for your frustration. We can't get everyone approved with no money down because of credit but I'm glad you were able to secure a loan through your bank. A Dodge dealership will have to do those recalls and we offered to come and take your truck to a Dodge dealership for you and you refused. We did sent you a gas card so I'm not sure why that hasn't been received. We've always returned your calls and every effort was made to help you. I'm sorry that we missed the mark but we appreciate the feedback!
