I started the buying process online and soon after got a call from the dealership. When I arrived at the dealer, Salesman Shumar took over and all the documents were ready for me to sign. After signing, keys were handed and I was set up with Vinny who sat with my in my new car and helped me understand all the features and functions of a beautiful and stylish new Chevy Trailblazer 2021. Buying cars for me is a nightmare. This week I leased a Chevy Blazer from this dealership. It was a seamless purchase. Marty Aroneo met us on the lot, I told him what I was looking for and minutes later we Chevy Blazer from this dealership. It was a seamless purchase. Marty Aroneo met us on the lot, I told him what I was looking for and minutes later we test driving the car that we leased. In a short amount of time we negotiated and settled on a price within my budget. We then met with Vinny Frasco who sealed the deal for us and taught us everything there is to know about our new car. The service department installed a broken part in my car. Then sent me home and this was after they had my car for two weeks! They said they fixed my car but they didn't. $1700! I had a great experience at this dealership. This was my second time purchasing a car, and the first time doing it without my dad's help. I had so many questions that were answered promptly, clearly, and pr second time purchasing a car, and the first time doing it without my dad's help. I had so many questions that were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally. Staff, especially Mr. Mondo, was legitimately always available to answer my questions and made the process so easy. Artie promptly responded to my texts and always made himself available when I was at the dealership to make sure I was okay. Jesse patiently answered all of my many finance questions.
