Richard Lucas Chevrolet made purchasing my new 2020 Chevy Traverse an amazing experience. Our salesman Pete Palumbo was patient and made sure I got the truck I wanted. Richard Lucas Chevy made getting a new car a complete different experience that I have had from the past. Trading in a new lease early, I felt was going to be a dreadful exchange of back and forth like I different experience that I have had from the past. Rocco was great to deal with and made the process hassle free, easy, and fast. Dave, Jesse, and Vin were fantastic and helped as well with any questions that I had. The whole team gave off a warm feeling and it did not feel like a car dealership. They worked with me in my price range and did not dissapoint. I drove off with a new Silverado RST that had more options than I was expecting. I love the truck and have been recommending Richard Lucas to everyone since. More
