I came in the other day to purchase my car at lease end assuming this would be a very difficult process and I couldn't believe how easy it was! Exactly what I expected!! I had previously leased a car for my daughter from Richard Lucas Chevrolet so I knew what I was getting myself into! Actually that is the reason why I I had previously leased a car for my daughter from Richard Lucas Chevrolet so I knew what I was getting myself into! Actually that is the reason why I went back! Marty A. made me feel safe and comfortable and I believed he would not steer me wrong. I left the dealership with a very good feeling and a newly leased car - my daughter has the Trax and I have the Equinox! We are now a Chevy family, and xxxx proud to be!! When I went back to the dealership and Vinny walked me through all the settings and showed me how to maximize my driving experience I felt like a kid with a new, high-tech toy!! I'm a little old school and Vinny knew just how to "teach" me. The one-two punch of Marty and Vinny are top-notch, number one people, sales people and real gentlemen! More

FINALLY a great dealership! What can I say? Truly a great experience! I went to more than a handful of dealerships, two leasing companies, and I finally found the one! From the t What can I say? Truly a great experience! I went to more than a handful of dealerships, two leasing companies, and I finally found the one! From the time I walked into this dealership (sales rep met me at the door to open it), to the time I was driving my car away was phenomenal. As mentioned, I went to several dealerships; some where good, some horrific, but none matched Richard Lucas. They all gave me the run around (part of their job and I understand) other than here. They knew I was serious, they knew I wasn't going to take a bad deal, and they took me seriously. Not only did they come in at a great price, but they beat every other place I went to! Possibly more importantly, there were no hidden fees, no messing around with the agreed number, just a straight up classy business deal. Thank you Marquis Carter (Sales Consultant), George Lucas JR. (GM), and Vinny Frasco (Product Specialist, and Mike Brack (I believe I worked with him for potentially warranty add on's) for an amazing experience. See you in three years, I HIGHLY recommend. More

They do not pressure you at all. Rocco Mondo and Vinny Frasco are very knowledgeable about the cars and technology respectively.
