Meeting with General Sales Manager, Dave and Salesman Jesse was very comfortable....they listened to what I wanted and gave me options but did not pressure me. They helped me trade in a vehicle and made all the numbers work! Then I met with Vinny, Product Specialist, who walked me through all the new vehicles options. Vinny set up my On-Star and my phone. They told me they could give me any monthly payment I wanted depending on the down payment. The down payment they suggested was high but because they said they could do it (I hadn’t specified a down payment) I felt they were honest. They found the exact car I wanted and before taxes, fees, and interest, the down payment was $3 less than what I originally asked for. More

Excellent Experience I found our new prior owned Chevrolet Tahoe on Auto Trader. I called the Dealer and spoke with Scott, the Internet specialist, who was very helpful an I found our new prior owned Chevrolet Tahoe on Auto Trader. I called the Dealer and spoke with Scott, the Internet specialist, who was very helpful and provided enough information for me to decide to drive 2 hours to evaluate the vehicle. Upon arrival, Scott introduced me to Jack Mitchell, our salesman. Jack was great, start to finish. I am a car guy and have owned many vehicles over many years. This is my 5th Tahoe. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Jack and his support staff were able to answer all my questions and accommodate my needs. They were more than fair evaluating my Tahoe for trade in and put the deal together. I saw the car on Wednesday and brought my wife back up to Avernel, NJ on Friday. We drove back to Stone Harbor a few hours later smiling in our new to us car. Jack was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and went out of his way to make the deal work for everyone.
