Friendly atmosphere I have bought/leased my cars from Lucas Chevy now for 30 yrs, and every salesman I had was just great. I have had Rocco as my salesman/ friend now I have bought/leased my cars from Lucas Chevy now for 30 yrs, and every salesman I had was just great. I have had Rocco as my salesman/ friend now for 10 plus years. Every time I come in for service I always stop by his desk to chat. We both love the NY Giants. and when I'm due for another car, there is no pleasure. He is very knowledgeable. By now I know most of the people there. Even the Bosses, George and John also say hey Gary how's it going...Its a nice feeling Now today I met Vinny Frasco , very nice guy and very informative. Showed me all the buttons to push in my new SUV . If you want good service and good people this is the place purchase your car. This is WHY I chose Richard Lucas Chevrolet. Oh and Michael Brack shows and explains all the additional options, and again no preasure. More

No games, didn't waste any of my time. Very happy. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and had researched the vehicle and what I was willing to pay. From test drive to deal on the floor took abo I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and had researched the vehicle and what I was willing to pay. From test drive to deal on the floor took about an hour. None of the back and fourth nonsense "keep you in the seat and burn you down tactics". My salesman Shumar keep things moving and didnt mess around. He didnt waste a minute of my time with games. My finance rep Jason stuck to deal. Whats was agreed to on the floor were the only items on the PINK sheet at the end. NO add on nonsense. That was a first for me. Of course he wanted to offer me additional services but he asked what I was interested in .... He didn't hit me or waste my time with a list of nonsense things. ONLY what I was interested in. Very good experience! More

They also helped me by returning the rental car so that i can drive home with the new one and not have to come the next day for the pickup.
