Brand New Silverado Damaged I brought my brand new truck in for it’s first oil change on June 26th 2018 and I had the unfortunate luck their mechanic hitting his lift when pullin I brought my brand new truck in for it’s first oil change on June 26th 2018 and I had the unfortunate luck their mechanic hitting his lift when pulling my truck out of his bay. I get a phone call saying your truck has been damaged and at this moment it was nothing but attitude from the service provider. She was pressuring me that the truck needed to be sent as soon as possible to our auto body and I said not until I see the damage myself. When I arrived to the dealership to see the damage, I was greeted hostility by the service manager Harry. He kept calling me a nit picky truck owner and I had no trust in anyone. I just spent 42k on my first new vehicle purchase in my life and I was extremely proud to be an owner of my Silverado. At the end of the day, the truck was fixed however had to be brought back to be fully repaired correctly... When I walked into the service department, the manager Harry, would not even speak to me. If anyone reads this review, please do not take your new vehicle or purchase a new vehicle at this dealership. If management is rude and arrogant to customers so will their employees as the case here. I hope the upper management at this dealership reads this review to take corrective action with how this situation was handled. More

Great experience from start to finish! My husband and I were just a week into car shopping when we decided to take a ride to Richard Lucas Chevrolet. When we were approached by Shumar Bosem My husband and I were just a week into car shopping when we decided to take a ride to Richard Lucas Chevrolet. When we were approached by Shumar Boseman, we immediately told him that we really were not sure about what we wanted to do. We liked the Chevy Traverse, and we were looking to replace one of our existing cars, but were really in no rush. Shumar was extremely helpful and informative, but never pushy. After he took us out on a test drive, we started asking him about their leasing/buying programs. He came back with several offers for us to think about. He was extremely patient as we consulted my car savvy father in law several times on the phone throughout the course of our visit. In the end, he asked us what it would take for us to consider taking the car. When we told him, he made it happen, and we drove home in our brand new 2019 Traverse! Car shopping ranks rather low on our list of things to do, and Shumar and his team made it as painless as possible for us. Even his associate, Vinny Fasco, could not have been more helpful with getting us connected with On Star and just familiarizing us with the car’s many features. I’m happy to say that we are done with car shopping for the foreseeable future, but would not hesitate to return to Richard Lucas Chevrolet as well as recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. What a Relief After having lunch with several friends, I was advised to look into returning my existing lease early and leasing a new vehicle. I spent an entire Monday afternoon at the original dealer working on numbers to only leave more frustrated after 3 hours. The only thing i could compare that experience to was sitting in the principal's office waiting to find out if you had detention or not. I left and went straight to Richard Lucas. There I was greeted by my salesperson, Jack Mitchell, who took his time showing me different cars and going over the benefits of each. More importantly, he actively listened to my needs and concerns, not once brushing me off. After choosing the right car, I spoke with David Ritter who also spent a great deal of time working on what would be the best deal possible. Needless to say 2 days later we completed the transaction. Not only did they assist in making the process as painless and as seamless as possible, but not once did I feel like I was involved in a "sale". They both gave me great advice and I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a Chevy to visit them. More
