The only suggestion I would make overall is that the process in picking up the vehicle was slow. I should not have to be at the dealership more than a couple of hours. Instead I was there for four hours. I did not finance the car but paid cash. So I don't understand why it took so long except for the fact that I picked up on a Saturday which might have some impact overall. More
