Surprisingly, the best new car buying experience I ever had I bought a 2016 Forester this weekend. I just went to see the difference between the 2014 CrossTrek Hybrid I owned by test driving the new 2016 Forest I bought a 2016 Forester this weekend. I just went to see the difference between the 2014 CrossTrek Hybrid I owned by test driving the new 2016 Forester limited. Ryan did not push to sell and I felt no pressure to purchase by anyone there. I went late, not realizing they were closing, but they never complained and stayed opened until I completed my transaction. The whole Subaru experience we had with owning 2014 CrossTrek Hybrid, Subaru guaranty trade in value program and the sales team of Lucas made the whole interaction the best I ever had buying a new car. More

Great experience with Richard Lucas I purchased a 2016 WRX. I am very happy with this dealership. First of all they were the only dealership that would try to locate the exact car I wo I purchased a 2016 WRX. I am very happy with this dealership. First of all they were the only dealership that would try to locate the exact car I would want such as options and colors. Other dealerships told me it can't be done and pressured me to order the car which was impossible because I had to return my lease. The price for the north east was more than fair. My salesman was Ryan Eavey who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I couldn't be any happier with him and he taught me everything about the car. He always kept in touch with me though out the buying process. Lastly I dealt with finance manager Michael Brack who was friendly and Proffessional. Although I live in SI I will take my new WRX for service at Richard Lucas. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Worth Giving Them a Chance I visited this dealership a few weeks ago because we seriously interested in purchasing two new vehicles. I had already received quotes from other dea I visited this dealership a few weeks ago because we seriously interested in purchasing two new vehicles. I had already received quotes from other dealerships but wanted to give these guys a try despite some of the negative reviews online because they are only a 15 minute drive from my home. I dealt with Alex Eagen via email and he was extremely pleasant. On arrival, I was shown the vehicles by Dave Thal who was also great. Dave Thal did an excellent job of explaining the features on the vehicles that we were interested in and patiently answered all our questions. Despite having already given Alex an summary of the price quotes that I had received elsewhere, the quotes that I received from Dave were grossly above what I was expecting. I wasn't really interested in negotiating when I had received fair no-haggle pricing elsewhere. Alex was not involved in the discussions and he is actually based out of RIchard Lucas Chevrolet, it seems. It was a disappointing situation that Alex could have handle better since he already knew what prices we had received. I felt bad for Dave and really wanted to give him my business. I now have my two Subaru vehicles on order from the other dealership. I still think it is worth giving these guys a chance if they are in your area. I just wish they would offer more competitive pricing. More
