When we got back, Yvette Crews happened to be in the parking area and gave us some more information about the special features of the Flex, such as the assisted parallel parking feature. From the moment we stepped onto the site to the moment we drove home, we were treated with excellent care by all of the team at Richmond Ford. Ryan called in the next few days to confirm a service appointment for a minor issue and helped to facilitate that as well.
