Stress free service! Awesome experience! I drive from Spotsy to/from work [1hr20m] and a little wrench light came on [2/17/16]. I, of course, panicked because my car hesitated when I reached I drive from Spotsy to/from work [1hr20m] and a little wrench light came on [2/17/16]. I, of course, panicked because my car hesitated when I reached the toll plaza so I called Richmond Ford when I got to my office. I spoke with Service Advisor, Susan O'Dell regarding the issue. She let me know that they were pretty busy [a good service dept would be] but that she would do everything she could to get my Escape fixed so that I would not have to use a rental any longer than I had to. Wow...someone looking out for another person in this busy world! I took my car in and Susan advised that she would let me know later in the day what I was looking at price wise and the length of time for service. She called that afternoon with the quote and said it would be Monday [2/22/16]. Susan called me this morning, I went in, picked up my 'just washed' car and even though it cost me a little over $800. I was so happy! Go figure! Happy to pay a bill. The reason? Because with all the hustle and bustle in the service department I was treated like I was the only customer of the day! It was so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and conversation and not feel like I was just a 'number'. Thank you Richmond Ford! Thank you, Susan O'Dell! I will be telling all my family and friends. I will be back! Make it a great day! Peace~~ More

We felt like we were apart of a family, as we were walked through the entire process, step by step, and everything was explained thoroughly. God's favor worked through them as they got me a low interest rate, with 0 down!!! I was in at 7:30pm and later driving off the lot with a 2016 with 29miles. My God is awesome! They were honest, caring and very friendly. Raz talked with us while we waited and helped us relax about the situation. The finance manager came to introduce himself and ended up with a brand new car with payments right where we needed them to be. They also gave us great warranty protection on the new Ford Focus and the entire process from beginning to end was phenomenal. I will definitely go back to them when we are done paying off our new car. Best dealership experience ever!!! More

Amazing customer service since day one I started dealing with Austin in June when I was looking to purchase an explorer, "we" were unable to find one in the short time span I had, but he ne I started dealing with Austin in June when I was looking to purchase an explorer, "we" were unable to find one in the short time span I had, but he never stopped helping me, my husband and I traveled up North to look at one, and he called me throughout the day to make sure we were ok. We then found one at Sheehy, most dealers would push you into something they have, what works for them, and he never did that. I still feel like that was his sale, he did the work, walked me through every step, and what to watch out for. And if that wasn't enough..... We decided to trade in a Lancer that we no longer needed, my husband has never had anything new, and we didn't think we could buy new quite honestly. We suffered from the economy like many others a few years ago, amongst other heartbreaking moments in our lives. So, this was just another disappointment when we didn’t think we could buy a new truck. Everything we found that was used didn't spark my husband’s interest. You could see the disappointment on his face. After a surprise call from the credit union, I received the go ahead for the new truck. I immediately called Austin to tell him the good news. He was just excited as I was. My husband had no idea, Austin "hid" the truck, Jose tied the balloons and Linda kept my husband distracted & made sure there was a bow on the hood. Everyone in the dealership knew except for my husband. They walked him out to the back of the dealership, Austin told him there some used trucks he wanted him to look at, one was 13' with 75k miles on it, and my husband's reaction was "well...” He told him he was going to check on a detailed truck real quick (it was his truck)....as the garage door opened....my husband kept trying to look under the door, we he realized....his eyes filled up with tears (he would kill me if he knew I was writing this, but I feel like its important). Jose asked him if he wanted to test drive it, and he was so excited he was ready right then, Jose said 'Wait! I need to put tags on it!” This group of people have laughed with me (Especially Carlos ...I mean Jose! haha), comforted me when I cried from stress and worry, never made us feel like "just a customer", dealt with me when I was at my worst and never once seemed irritated, and took a chapter in our lives that seemed like it was a never ending batch of bad luck, into a dream come true. No amount of words will ever explain the joy and happiness that moment brought to my husband and me. Especially to Austin, without him, neither one of us would have had our dream vehicles. He always made me feel like everything was taken care of, even towards the end. I could never do the job they do. And I will never buy from another dealership, this dealership is truly family owned, and just like family, they take care of you. Thank you for everything guys! More
