After waiting an hour on a scheduled test drive, the car shows up dirty as a dumpster. The sales associate at one point drops the F bomb.. lets just stop there, plain and simple bad. However, I had heard great things about Richmond Ford and was surprised to get a welcome call from Austin from Richmond Ford. I was treated wonderfully and his desire to hear what i wanted and needed was unique and awesome. Once we settled on a type of vehicle he handed me off to a sales associate named CJ . Now I've bought and dealt with Ford dealers from Ohio to Virginia, but the utter human caring that this man conveyed to myself and family were none other than... well, perfect.
