Today was a great day considering I only had today to get my oil changed and getting a last minute app booked for 8am. Simone at the counter was awesome. The SERVICE EXPRESS CENTRE STAFF was pretty AMAZING my oil changed and getting a last minute app booked for 8am. Simone at the counter was awesome. The SERVICE EXPRESS CENTRE STAFF was pretty AMAZING as well. Conmar, the Assistant Service Manager informed me that I needed a tire rotation as well. Impressed by his attentiveness to my concerns and helped to get them resolved quickly. He also stated when and what might need to be fixed within the next 5 to 6 months. Overall, it was an awesome visit today. Considering my last oil change visit at this location which was a total disappointment. Thanks everyone 😊 More

I went in for brakes. At the end they tried to charge me hidden fees and when I didn’t fall for it Waldo sent me on a wild goose chase to find my car. Eddie the express service advisor was the best one yet! I had a 7:30am appt for an oil change and was out in 45 mins-the fastest ever! My undercarriage was also scraping when it hit a bump and they bent it I had a 7:30am appt for an oil change and was out in 45 mins-the fastest ever! Eddie delivered on his promise to get me out the door quickly, and with great customer service! He needs to be in charge of training the service advisors how to do it like he does-like a pro! I called the Parts Dept and was placed on hold over 5 mins with no answer. Then when they did answer I requested to inquire about a part. He asked if it was for a Honda then just transferred me to "Cashi mins with no answer. Then when they did answer I requested to inquire about a part. I then went on to chat and "Allison" simply responded to contact parts directly which I did before and did not even seem to care to address my issue and try to resolve. Very unprofessional on both ends. I am just going to take my business elsewhere. More

BEWARE, there are thieves. There were two gas gift cards on my console and when the car was returned to me, one was missing. Someone stole from me. When I discovered this, I immediately went back to complain. When I spoke to Mark W and explained what happened, he repeatedly "assured" me that no one has ever stolen anything. I suppose that makes me the liar. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Rick Case Honda and taken them all for service there as well. I have been a loyal customer until now. I will NEVER go back. Clearly Mark W does not value his customers. In addition, the service advisor I worked with offered to resurface the brake rotors for $400. when a full brake job costs $289. What a bunch of thieves in more than one way!! More
