Having my brakes serviced at Rick Case Honda was a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely accommodating. The service adviser that took care of my vehicle was Kal Ramadan. Mr. Ramadan was very professional and courteous in his interactions with me. I was able to wait on the repair in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere that enabled me to catch up on my own paperwork. Mr. Ramadan kept me up informed about the repair progress on my vehicle and inquired about my well-being as I waited. Before long, Mr. Ramadan promptly informed me that my vehicle was ready. The cost, which was explained at the onset of the visit, was lower than what I would have paid at my local dealership!! In addition, I have been extremely satisfied with the brakes ever since. Gone is the vibration and annoying scraping, squeaking sound that my car used to make! I feel safe to drive my car again thanks to Kal Ramadan and the mechanics at Rick case Honda. More
