The Hyundai dealership in plantation is horrible when it comes to taking care of a customer after the fact. Promo 2018 Tucson in for cracked motor mount and was told it was ordered. That was 2 months ago I've had three voicemails for the service advisor I've had two voicemails for the service manager and two voicemails to the general manager expressing my displeasure that nobody calls me back and as of today nobody has called me back. Buy elsewhere!! More

I came because of this weird sound I’ve been hearing when I’m braking to a complete stop or reversing. I Went home and the sound is still here, it’s very annoying. The tech said that it was just brake d when I’m braking to a complete stop or reversing. I Went home and the sound is still here, it’s very annoying. The tech said that it was just brake dust and clean it out but it could probably be something else. i just wanted the noise to go away. The money I spent wasn’t worth it. However, my service advisor Corey was a very friendly and kept me updated with the whole process. More
