Let’s start with the good... the dealer doubles Hyundai’s 10 year/100,000 miles warranty with the purchase of a new Hyundai or Genesis vehicle. The representative that helped me with the entire process is Nikolai. The man deserves a promotion or a raise at the very least. He is truly a professional that cares about customers and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, the sales negotiation was a nightmare. The sales manager (Donovan) tried to sell me the car over $1,000 above MSRP when the internet price was over $2,000 below MSRP. He then made a “mistake” in the appraisal of my trade in which would have resulted in a loss for me of $1000, if I had not paid attention. To make matters worse, he then proceeded to give me a low-ball offer for my trade in even after showing him the Kelley Blue Book appraisal. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealer, ask for Nikolai. The man will treat you like a valued customer should be treated. Just pray you get a sales manager that actually cares about the customer experience and is not just looking to rip people off. More

Not good at all this is the second time I’ve been here and I had work done and they didn’t take care of the same problem which was clean under the hood from prior work that was done they they change the l and I had work done and they didn’t take care of the same problem which was clean under the hood from prior work that was done they they change the lining up under the hood it didn’t vacuum up the debris. Also I’m in for my 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation when we were leaving the tire was shaking they didn’t tighten up the bolts on the tire that’s very dangerous and bad business More
I had engine problems when there to CK it out, 170.00 to check the car, after 4 days Bob Owens told me that the engine is no good to change it to a used one 5400.00 uds, I check with others, and I was quote check the car, after 4 days Bob Owens told me that the engine is no good to change it to a used one 5400.00 uds, I check with others, and I was quoted 2800.00 all in, engines in the internet delivered run from 1200 to 1800 each, and cost labor 1000.00 Not only he charge me 218.00 saying that need it to change the oil to CK the engine. When I took the car to another mecanic, not only told me that the oil was not change, but the the engine only need it 280.00 of work. So or Hyundai Rick case 441 plantation has the worst mechanics, or they just plain dishonest. More
Couldn't believe the lack of proper maintenance and prep they did NOT perform on the 2014 Hyundai Equus just purchased 2 weeks ago. Front tires bald on outside edges probably do to the car being out of allienment, I replaced the front tires, had an alignment done, yes the toe in was way out on both sides of front, I had to change both Engine Air Filters, Cabin filter so clogged no light passed through the filters and the rear console lid in the back was broken and unattached. Service Manger knew this and said it would cost nearly $2000 dollars so they did not fix it. This is a highline Hyundai, even used. Also now my forth Hyundai. Beware when you sign the papers, they charged me $699 for dealer prep. What Prep? Washing the car? At signing of the papers they wanted me to pay $1895 for refurbishing. Are you kidding? I was in Automotive sales for 11 yrs and I know this is not the way to keep customers. Do customers really fall for $699 + $1895 added to the advertised sales price? Extremely dissatisfied. Be prepared to walk if they try this sunt on you. What a shame as my sales person was very professional. More
