Had appointment for 2/18 at 9:30 for oil change, tire rotation and check abs warning light. 2017 Sonata was purchased Dec./2017 with apprx. 3700 miles. Also purchased service contract ($1697) and Safe R rotation and check abs warning light. 2017 Sonata was purchased Dec./2017 with apprx. 3700 miles. Also purchased service contract ($1697) and Safe Ride ($1090)Upon arrival was told tire rotation not included and system down to check abs light. I was upset about tire rotation after spending $2800!! for extra service. This car only has 15,100 miles on it and it would have been cheaper to get oil change at Jiffy Lube or somewhere else. Also, car wash was down. When I left at apprx. 11:30 I had to make a u-turn to go North on 441. I noticed the steering wheel felt different and when I was near Oakland Blvd.the steering wheel dropped into a lower position. I had not touched any levers before it dropped, but tried to lock in the original position without success. I was told to make an appointment in 2 weeks regarding the abs and I will also have to get the steering wheel looked into. Question: is abs and steering wheel covered under the contracts purchased? Question: when a client makes an appointment, wouldn't it make sense and good will that they be notified that the system is down and some issues cannot be attended to? I would sincerely appreciate a response to this review. More

Very bad experience my first time at the dealership and I couldn't be more disappointed in the service I received. The service I came in for was not completed at all and the service department employee Karim couldn't be more disappointed in the service I received. The service I came in for was not completed at all and the service department employee Karim Elsayed who was assisting me told me it was. I dropped my car off at 10:15am and didn’t get my car back until 4:26pm. Would not recommend this Hyundai dealership to anyone please take your business to a different location More
