I initially spoke to ANDRES a week ago. He thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle. We discussed figures briefly to the point that I went in and put down a deposit the next day. ANDRES had my new vehicle ready as well as the paperwork which minimized our wait time. OMAR, the finance mgr. walked us through all the paperwork in a kind professional manner. The lady at the cashier was pleasant. I also saw a Mgr. that came to the cashier to assist, my wife and I appreciate his assistance.
