Pre-pandemic times this dealer was my top choice. Now the service quality has gone down a lot. Slacking on the customer service interaction and also the quality of the service dept’s job. It's been a little over a year since I purchased my vehicle and this is the best experience I've had so far. Drop off was easy and I received my car back in just a few hours as promised. However, I requested that the windshield wipper fluid be checked and that my car be washed, but neither one was done. I understand that the car wash may not have been opened due to Covid-19, but a regular maintenance check normally includes checking the fluids on the car. Lipton Toyota always rolled out the red carpet when I took my Corolla for any type of service, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐service. A year later and I'm still waiting on that type of service from Rick Case Hyndai for my Elantra. 🤔 More
