I took the car for service today 10/19/2020, for low Freon, I bought this car from them in January 2020, now I thought this was cover under warranty, since Robert never mention otherwise when I drop the Freon, I bought this car from them in January 2020, now I thought this was cover under warranty, since Robert never mention otherwise when I drop the car. James Richardson was very friendly, personable and was right their to greet me when I drove up. He made sure I understood everything before I signed the papers. He is almost as good as Tom Owens! Having an 8am appointment meant nothing. I arrived at 7:30am to avoid a lengthy stay. I was first in line. It took 3 1/2 hours to replace passenger door lock, fix side mirror and do an update.
