James Richardson was very friendly, personable and was right their to greet me when I drove up. He made sure I understood everything before I signed the papers. He is almost as good as Tom Owens! Having an 8am appointment meant nothing. I arrived at 7:30am to avoid a lengthy stay. I was first in line. It took 3 1/2 hours to replace passenger door lock, fix side mirror and do an update.
