Sam goes out Of his way to provide customer service. I just had the most memorable, meaning AWFUL, service experience. I got to the dealership at 7:30 AM to have my window fixed under warranty. This should have been a 90 minute in & out sort of thing. But a common faulty part, a window regulator, was not in stock. The service rep (Ernest Bynes) didn't tell me this until I was already sitting there waiting for 2 hours. Then after waiting another hour I asked about my car. He disappears for 20 minutes then says "oh, there was some mix up with the part order. All taken care of. Your car will be done in 30 minutes.". I was furious. I spoke to the service manager (Colin Lord) who simple told me what I know: they screwed up. I was very happy to leave the place at noon, some FOUR AND A HALF HOURS after arriving. When it comes time for my next car purchase I won't be looking at Rick Case Hyundai. Neither should you. Oh, and get this. They have a sign there that says: "Treating Every Customer As We Would Our Best Friend" Well obviously these guys have no friends. More

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS. If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I took in my car for repair after my car was damaged in a small ditch in grass parking lot. When I first got there I was not to give 0 stars I would. I took in my car for repair after my car was damaged in a small ditch in grass parking lot. When I first got there I was not greeted at all. I waiting for about 10 minutes before I was spoken too. There was no line to wait in people were just waiting in a room pack like sardines. It was completely unorganized. After I was finally greeted, I explained what had happened. They gave me the estimate a day later and I figured it was over priced but had little options and I needed my car for work. There was damage to the front bumper, Radiator Support and undercarriage shield. They had the car for over week. I got a call on the Friday before I picked it up to let me know it would be ready by Monday. Monday came, I called, that afternoon since I hadn't heard anything. I didn't get an answer, so I left a voicemail, and didnt get a call back. Tuesday came, I called, I left another voicemail after being transfer. A couple hours later I finally got a call back. They service department said the car would be ready by end of day. This is where my trouble starts. Keep in mind that I am a returning customer and have always serviced my car at Rick Case and even got my girlfriend to her car there which I now regret. I go and pick up my car, I pay, the charge goes thru, I sign, and then abruptly, the lady at the cashier desk tells me that I paid with an AMEX and they would need to refund me because they dont take AMEX, she pointed to a small sign on the desk thats littered with signs. The problem was, AMEX was the only card I had with a limit that supported the charge. I didnt have another option. I explained to the general manager now, Bill, that I didnt have another card that supported the charge he told me to "Take a cash advancement out to pay" which only infuriated me, since he had not considering the fees that are associated cash advancements. He told me that it was against their policy and began to insult my intelligence and tell me that Rick Case Hyundai doesnt accept AMEX (After they already had charged my card, so he lied). The compromise he came up with was to max out one of my credit cards and paid the rest with AMEX. Which was an asinine compromise since they had already charged my card. So they refunded me without my authorization and they had me max out my other credit card and pay the remaining balance with my AMEX. So now I cant use my credit cards for the next few days until I receive the refund back. What added insult to injury is when I got home I looked up the prices the car parts they used to do the repairs, and there was an average mark up of about 33% on the parts, they didnt even shop around for parts to get the best prices available. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. THERE IS OTHER OPTIONS IN SOUTH FLORIDA THAT PROVIDE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER COMING BACK AND TAKING THE STUPID RICK CASE NAME STICKER OFF MY CAR. More
