Wow are these people for real? Two weeks ago i started Looking for a truck online I found a 2016 ford F150 4x4 black with custom wheels and leather at a Kia dealer? Who would trade a such a beast for a kia I said to myself. I went ahead and check this place reviews online which by the way are not the best. I said to myself these people are a bait and switcth online aparatus all they want to do is get me in the doors to sell me a Kia that I dont want (I said to myself) But this was such a nice truck that I couldnt help myself no to buy, so I picked up the phone and callthe place spoke to a lady very friendly onthe phone her name is Jessica Galvez she told me the truck was there and just had arrived. I told her I had a trade and was credit challanged, she told me that wasnt a problem with Rick case and that they had a lot of banks that could help me. She told me that the manager Jimy Contreras could help me that I should come see him. I said this is too good to be true but who cares I got nothing to do tonight I am going to se this Jimy guy and see what he has to offer. Long story short I bought the most beatiful truck in America with a warranty that last till my child is 21 so I figured that could be a nice birthday gift when my son turns 18. Please dont tell anyone this is a future gift😱 I went to Rick Case Kia Sunrise spoke to jimy (this guy knows trucks) gave me agreat deal and shared something with me that blew my mind he said "i am glad you are buying this truck I put a lot of effort in making it the best truck that money can buy best wheels best tires best leather best suspension lyft kit etc. I asked why do you sell trucks at a Kia dealer, he said It only makes sense. Rick Case is the only place where you can buy an used car and get 10 years or and aditional 100000 miles warranty. This guy is right. Y next question was: why do you have megative reviews on dealer rater? This answer blew my mind, he said I wish all of the customers we have would give us a review, only the ones that take the time to write a review are the customers that show up after you buy this truck. They will be upset to thefact that this truckisnothere this is the reason you should buy now! So I listened to this guy and bought my sons future gift. Here is my advise to thosethat are looking to buy acar from this place, forget about what you read online and get some human interaction with these people I dont like car dealers but these guys are for real dont make the mistake I almost made give them a chance if they prrof wrong let the world know but if they do what theydid with me take the time and write the review online Mr Case I wish I could tell you what kind of people you have working for you. Total waste of time I saw this dealership advertise preowned Kia Cadenza's on cars.com. I set up time with dealership in advance and validate that the cars are there for I saw this dealership advertise preowned Kia Cadenza's on cars.com. I set up time with dealership in advance and validate that the cars are there for me to drive down as it would have been a long drive for me. Long story short, I was made to wait half an hour and then was told that the specific car that I had specifically inquired (and was ensured was on the lot and available), was sold in that half hour I was made to wait. I was also told that the car I was interested in had 35000 miles on it and not 20k miles as was advertised on cars.com. It was clear that it was total BS. It seemed that the people in the dealership could care less about why I was there or how they can help me. It is one of the worst experiences and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone ever. They didnt respect my time and the inconvenience they caused me, they could care less if they earned my business or not. They dont have any credibility as far as I am concerned. BTW, I bought my Kia Cadenza next day from Gunther Kia at Sunrise. It was the day and night difference of how they treat their customers vs Rick Case Kia in Sunrise. I will recommend everyone interested in Kia to go see Niko at Gunther Kia and work with him instead of wasting their time with Rick Case Kia. More

Eventually, they claimed to have sold it the day before. Two managers later admitted that they do not check inventory when someone calls. It was a classic bait and switch. I have used Rick Case for parts and service for many years. Never again. They are the syereotypical used car salespeople. More
