My wife and I had done all the research and knew exactly which car we wanted to lease. We showed up at the first dealership and I’ll just say there first offer was $2500 down more than the special offer on Kia’s national website. we went back and forth for about an hour and finally left because they refused to come close to the advertised special offer. We went to Rick Case and were met by Frankie Martinez. We found the car, he said “Let’s Make this easy, tell me what you can do and we we’ll try to make that happen.” 10 minutes later we had a deal. It was just over the Special offer but with the upgraded version of the car we originally wanted. Great team. Great people. Definitely recommend. More

Longest worse service ever I’m typing this as I’m sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours and 15 minutes !!!!! This is ridiculous!! I had an OIL CHANGE appointment at 11 , is no I’m typing this as I’m sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours and 15 minutes !!!!! This is ridiculous!!
