Bait and Switch??? I went to this dealership on 2017-11-12 asking about a vehicle seen on their website. I was told that someone in Texas had put a down-payment on the I went to this dealership on 2017-11-12 asking about a vehicle seen on their website. I was told that someone in Texas had put a down-payment on the vehicle so it was "basically sold". I completely understood and told the salesman (Andy Taylor) the same. On 2017-11-20, the price of the vehicle had dropped $100. I figured the deal from Texas fell through and thought I should go back and ask about the deal. On 2017-11-22, I see the vehicle sold for $1,000 MORE than the asking price... Sounds a little fishy to me but you can make your own conclusions. I left feeling like they were honest and straight-forward. Now, not so much. Good luck. Just saying. More

Unfortunately , they were either out of our price range or not what we were looking for (3rd row seating for our growing family). As a last resort, he told us about this one last Sorento that had not been cleaned yet. Aside from a few scratches and a sour smell in the back, it was exactly what we were looking for. We decided to put in an offer and he worked well with us. We all came to a happy agreement. He promised to have the car cleaned for us and the scratches worked on before coming to get the car. Even though it took a few days to finally get the car to us, it was well worth the wait. Jamal kept us informed everyday of what was going on with the car and was checking in on the car for us constantly while it was being serviced. He even kept his word about getting us new car mats. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jamal. During the transaction, he made us feel very comfortable and even fed us lunch and coffee. He felt like family and I have never said that about any car dealer EVER!! I look forward to working with Jamal when I go to turn in my next car (second car) and have complete faith that he will provide me with nothing but the best. Thank you Jamal for all of your hard work and persistence on getting us our new family car! More
BEWARE!!!!! SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH OUR BREAK LIGHTS AND THEY "CLAIMED" THAT SOMEONE PUT WIRES IN OUR CAR WHEN WE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE CAR!!! NOW THEY ARE CHARG SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH OUR BREAK LIGHTS AND THEY "CLAIMED" THAT SOMEONE PUT WIRES IN OUR CAR WHEN WE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE CAR!!! NOW THEY ARE CHARGING US FOR SOMETHING THAT WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH!!! SO IT SEEMS TO ME THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!! DO NOT GO TO KIA ANYWHERE BECAUSE IF ONE IS LIKE THAT THEN THEY ARE ALL LIKE THAT!!! SCREW YOU KIA!!! Customer Error Understanding/Assistance I traded in my 2014 lease after 3 years, 36 months. All contracts were signed and part of the deal was that they would make last payment on the lease. I traded in my 2014 lease after 3 years, 36 months. All contracts were signed and part of the deal was that they would make last payment on the lease. I told them i only had one payment left. As their payment form was me making last payment and them sending me a check. So when home Sunday i was going to make the final payment early in good faith that Rick Case Kia would send the check. I mean, i got the 2018 Kia SXL Turbo right outside. Well, come to find out while making said last payment it comes to my attention that i am in fact in a 4 year lease, 48 months. Yes, i am paying more per month than original. Yes, I did mistakenly say i had only one month. Yes, they should have double check since i was using the same financier (Kia Finance). But the help i got from the sales kid Tomas was amazing. The help Ted Goldberg gave me with trying to find a solution was amazing. The help i received after i told Ted that i couldn't agree to the new terms and returning the lease was the next option was great. Anthony the Sale Manager who ran numbers this way and that way to come to an agreeable solution topped it off. We met more to my side than Kia's. To keep us as customers they gave a little now for a satisfied customer. The only thing better that could have came from my mistake is that i fast forward a year and started then. AKA: this was the better of the best solutions after we, Kia and myself, made unknowing mistakes as people do. Thank You Kia, Bryan C. More
