My daughter, Holmes, bought a Kia Forte less than a year ago. Radio doesn't work already. The dealership needs to keep it for "a couple of days at least". Salesman Eiran Torcatt did a great job the service department not so good. The sunroof on the car needed to be replaced, the insulation in the engine compartment was torn apart by a rat, the vehicle department not so good. I recently purchased a 2022 used Kia. At this Rick Case Kia dealer in Sunrise they commit fraud and lie to the customer. I went to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe on October 7, 2023 and they wanted to sell me the vehicle $1,000 higher when a price had al and lie to the customer. I traveled 3 hours and 45 minutes to make this purchase for this car and ended up leaving empty-handed. The worst treatment I have received at this dealer and especially with Mr. Anthony Larson who does not know how to deal with customers. More
