I just reached a year anniversary of my purchase. I was told yes -- I would probably have a small out-of-pocket cost, but yes. If I brought it to Rick Case, I would have servicing done for free. WELLL.... LIES! Not only was that not the case, but I also got a date a month later than my due date for maintenance. I then asked, well, am I able to get a loaner? I live far, and this is my only car (I also have a 2-year-old). They said no.... Besides this, I got in an accident last year and had to repair my car at Miami Sunshine Auto Paint, they are the preferred mechanic for South Dade Kia. They told me the running boards on my car were used. They had stopped lighting up before the accident, and I asked him to take a look to fix it while I was there. Given that at Miami Sunshine, they are ACTUAL honest people, he actually helped me get brand new running boards altogether. When I called Sean Coleman, obviously livid about everything that was happening he hung up in my face. The general managers also do not answer calls or emails. I made a mistake of showing loyalty because before my Kia I had purchased a VW at Rick Case VW, but this place is by far the biggest mistake of my life.
