So Far So Good I have done business with a Rick Case dealership in the past so when I selected this one is like going back to an "old friend." I initially felt reall I have done business with a Rick Case dealership in the past so when I selected this one is like going back to an "old friend." I initially felt really good dealing with my agent until it was time to take care of an item which I had pointed out during the inspection. I was told that the issue would be solved the very same day, but after signing the paperwork, I was told that they did not have time to look at the car and would take care of it 5 days later. I went home and was immediately "struck" with buyer's remorse. We called the agent the next day and let him know that I would be returning the car that very day if the the issue was not resolved immediately. Well....I did receive a written assurance that the part had to be ordered and would be replaced with no cost to me. Maybe once this has been resolved, then the company will gain a higher status in my opinion. This has yet to be done! More
