These guys were nothing short of absolutely Amazing! I have a surprisingly new outlook on the car industry due to these guys. I've had several bad experiences and as a woman I stopped trusting car dealerships. Now, I am blown away by how welcoming and concerning Rick Case Kia truly is. Not only did they have such great attitudes but they also gave us gifts. I am extremely excited to read the book, "Our Customers Our Friends" by Rick himself. With the help of James Holloway and Robert Baptiste, I was able to get the car that I wanted. I came in expecting the same attitude of greed that you would normally get from a dealership, however was met with a kind and concerned saleperson James Holloway. We looked at cars, I knew what I wanted but we were unable to find it in the price range that I was looking for. I left the first night satisfied with him doing his best and me waiting until I got the deal I was looking for even if it was from another dealer. Both James and Robert stated to me before I left that night (i closed the place down :) that they would make sure I was taken care of and I would be able to purchase my car from them. I was ok with not purchasing but I received a call from James stating that he's found my car and would make sure that the features I was looking for were added to my car. I went in, looked at the car, received more assurance that all was well from James and Robert...long story short..I Love My Car!! It was just what I'd wanted. I received multiple follow up calls from James and today got the appointment to install my features! Very pleased with the service, the atmosphere, James and Robert!
