Tires were ne This "dealer" is one of the worst. Purchased a used 2014 Kia Forte in 2015. They have never serviced the car while it was on their lot. Tires were never rotated. They tried to sell us tires on our first oil change at the dealer. I now have had to replace the brakes after 10,000 miles. When you call them for help, they give you the run around and eventually you get a "voice mailbox", where they NEVER and I mean NEVER return your call. Rick Case should be embarrassed to have his name on this dealership. These people that work at Rick Case Kia should be ashamed at themselves and their employer. I will never purchase a vehicle from Rick Case anything ever again!! I wonder even if this review will get anything done. Doubt it. More

Amazing people! After several months of my husband and I looking for a pre-owned Kia, we finally decided to go to Rick Case Kia. After looking and being disappointed and lied to by other dealerships and salesman for so long, my husband and I finally felt relief for the first time. They gave us a great deal on the Sorento and offered us more on our trade in than anyone else had!! From disappointed to HAPPY! My family and I spent several hours at this dealership working through a concern (car was advertised as available for purchase online but in fact was My family and I spent several hours at this dealership working through a concern (car was advertised as available for purchase online but in fact was not available per the dealership to our salesman; we found out a few hours later). From beginning to end, Perry Mallory our salesfriend (yes, friend!) did an impeccable job of working with us to make things go well. Perry knew we were set on a certain Kia and was able to give us a great deal with our trade-in and we walked out of the dealership with a NEW car instead of a pre-owned one after all was said and done! Perry's commitment to ethics and class kept our business there at Rick Case and he deserves the highest commendation for his attention to detail and his overwhelming courtesy. I am honored to have worked with him on this and the others who helped us in our situation and with our purchase. This day could have turned out much different, but Perry made it extra special for us, even getting popcorn for my daughter at a QT since their dealer popcorn machine wasnt on! And this is simply because of their service department. Unreliable, and will not return calls. My 2019 Kia Optima, with only 53,000 miles had transmission issues. They kept my car for 6 weeks, and never provided me a loaner vehicle. After I picked up the vehicle, the same problem has occurred, and now they will not respond to any of my messages. I'm not going to name anyone out of respect for privacy, but BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP More
