St Steve got my wife and I into a 2016 4Runner today. I drive a hard bargain realizing that the dealerships and sales folks need to make a living too. Steve went above and beyond to earn my business, to include staying after hours and lining up vehicles he thought would satisfy my wants and needs. He was never the "pushy" salesman yet made it clear he wanted to earn my business and be a happy customer should I purchase a vehicle from him. Upon final negotiation, I was able to walk out the door with everything I wanted and more for a good price. Better yet the whole negotiation session lasted about 30 minutes. Better than the 8 hours I spent going back and forth with several managers at another dealership the last time I bought a car. To see a hard working salesman who's not out to rip you off and move on to the next sale is a breath of fresh air nowadays. BZ to Steve for gaining a customer for life and bringing integrity to the normally tarnished "used car salesman" reputation! More

VERY BAD SERVICE! I dropped my diesel pick up truck off for service on Wednesday, it literally sat there until Friday afternoon when I called and checked on it to find I dropped my diesel pick up truck off for service on Wednesday, it literally sat there until Friday afternoon when I called and checked on it to find out it has not been looked at and probably won’t until possibly Tuesday but no promises. I picked it up Saturday and brought to another dealer where they promised to look at it immediately on Monday. AJ in service had a bunch of pathetic excuses and was “sorry”. Sorry doesn’t cut it, time to find a new career AJ! Lose my info, not going back to Hendricks Chevrolet ever again and I do not recommend to anyone that needs diesel service n a reasonable timeframe. More
