Lee was our sales rep or "Client Advisor" as sales people are now designated and he is the one that made the experience what it was. Very personable as well knowledgeable in the products he has to offer and went out of his way to ensure everything was as it should be with our new Impala. We purchased on a Sunday and since the service department was not opened he got down on the ground and installed the bottom lip of the front spoiler that had been shipped in three pieces in the trunk. We drove 3-1/2 hours to the dealership as they had the car we wanted. The entire transaction took about three hours and we drove the new car home. In spite of the distance we felt it was well worth the trip to Rick Hendrick in Naples. More
