We sincerely apologize for the excessive wait time and the frustration you experienced during your recent visit. Waiting over three hours for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable, and we completely understand your disappointment, especially when you had an appointment and reasonably expected the correct oil filter to be available. Your feedback regarding parts availability and the lack of access to a manager is taken seriously. While unforeseen circumstances can arise, that should never translate into a poor customer experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments highlight areas that clearly need improvement.
