The only thing I had a problem with was the 3% charge for using my credit card. I didn't know this until after the card was run. John explained that it could be taken off and I could use a debit card instead. Had I known this ahead of time, I could have been prepared. I have never before been charged a fee for using my credit card. This was my first visit since the dealership taken over by Southern.

My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service. Outstanding work by the Ken Houtz Service team. I will no longer even try to go anywhere else. Thank you very much to Ken Houtz Chevrolet!! -Scott

Let me tell you how grateful I am to this dealership right here. About 4 months I purchased a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer from Mr. James Mcphearson. About a month ago I was involved in a flash flood. About 48 hrs ago my insurance totaled out my brand new trailblazer due to electrical issues from the flood. I was devastated. I’m like what am I gonna do? I don’t have money to buy another car. I cried my eyes out. Out of the blue, I got a text from Mr. Mcphearson asking me if I was looking for another vehicle. I turned right around and called him crying my eyes out to him letting him know what had just happened to my brand new trailblazer. He was like Miss Blair. Don’t worry about it. I got you and started asking me questions. I gave him my information. By the end of the day he was like can you come up to the dealership? I’m like what I can’t at the moment, but I can be there first thing in the morning so the next morning I walked into Priority Chevrolet, Mr. Mcphearson greeted me with a hug and said you’re gonna be just fine. I got you. Mr. McPhearson, his sales manager and Eddie surprised me with keys to a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax. I’m like what??? What??? I started crying OMG. Mcphearson introduced me to his sales manager who help put this together and I gave him a big hug telling him thank you so much. Mr. Mcphearson took me out side to my new Trax and I just couldn’t believe what was happening. Mr. Mcphearson told me always have faith, you never know when your going to be blessed. Eddie helped me out with my payment plans and we had a nice conversation, I was still in shock. This team is absolutely amazing just F**king amazing. You don’t run into a lot of sales people who actually cares about their customers and this is one dealership and the team who absolutely makes sure you are good!! Again thank you guys for saving me. I had no idea what I was going to do. I live in Elizabeth City and I work in Norfolk. Bless you guys!!! I really had no idea what I was going to do to resolve my transportation issue.
