The service manager Todd was attentive to the problems that my vehicle had and the problems that I experienced previously with getting it repaired. He kept me informed about the progress and the status th that my vehicle had and the problems that I experienced previously with getting it repaired. The salesman Aaron listened to what I wanted and gave me several options and produced pretty much what I asked for. I really didn’t like trying to charge me for oil changes, nitrogen and floor mats, but several options and produced pretty much what I asked for. I really didn’t like trying to charge me for oil changes, nitrogen and floor mats, but we hashed that out. I have been a customer of Hendricks since it was Colonial back in about 1983, and as long as I feel I am being treated fairly, I will continue to be a customer of Hendricks. GOOD JOB!! More
