I was told my appt would take about 1-1 1/2 hours since all it was was an oil change and tire rotation. 3 hours and 15 minutes later after asking the writer what’s up with my car it’s finally done. So if you drop it off in the morning and aren’t waiting for it then it can take all day. But if you have an appointment and are waiting for it then it still takes over 3 hours. What’s the point in even making an appointment or waiting for your vehicle if it’s still going to take all morning for just an oil change?? It seems like the customers time is not important?? Rick Hendrick Chevrolet is the only place I’ve ever taken my car for service since I bought it there. But that will now change and I’ll take it somewhere where an appointment time is just that…..a time they’re going to start working on it. Very dissatisfied with my service! More
