Long wait times despite scheduled appointments are frustrating, and we understand how that can feel like your time isn't being respected. Your concerns regarding the brake squeak should have been addressed more thoroughly new vehicles should inspire confidence, not concern. Most importantly, we take the oil leak you described very seriously. A vehicle leaving our service department in that condition is unacceptable, and we understand your hesitation to drive it with a potential oil issue.
