Yes but. There were three repairs that needed to be done at the body shop. 1.) Bumper replacement that would be covered by insurance. 2.) Undercarriage w There were three repairs that needed to be done at the body shop. 1.) Bumper replacement that would be covered by insurance. 2.) Undercarriage work that would be paid by myself. They said parts would have to be ordered. I acknowledged that. 3) Light buffing of a scratch. I was initially told it was going to be a two day job. After a week, they said the car was ready for pick up, and I asked them how about the undercarriage work. They said that would not be covered by insurance. I told them that I knew that and I had told them that I would pay. So then they ordered the part and it has to be done later. They never did the buffing. Communication was poor. I would have expected better communication - I don't need a lot - just some. Car is in the shop; bumper has been ordered. Bumper is being installed; bumper is being painted. The work they did was great - very professional, just not timely. More
