There’s no point in using their online service to book an appointment. Every time I go, they act as if they have no idea I’m coming and don’t bother to look at my car at the appointed time, or read what’s in appointment. Every time I go, they act as if they have no idea I’m coming and don’t bother to look at my car at the appointed time, or read what’s in the comments about what service needs to be performed. This most recent time, they had my car for five days. By the fifth day, after not hearing from anybody about the status of what was going on with my car, all I ended up with was a state inspection and an oil change. They never ran engine noise diagnostics like they were supposed to. So I’m still driving around with belt noises and squeaky brakes after five days of my car sitting at the dealership. I will definitely be going elsewhere. What a hassle. More
