I replied to Rick Hendrick's email ad as to trading in my car, as they will make an offer to buy with no obligation to buy from them. I called, an appointment was set for the same day! I was greeted by the sales manager and associate-Dykes Brookins, III. Quite honestly, I was there to trade in my 08 HHR SS, and thought of purchasing a used Silverado, as to stay within my means and budget. I quoted a comfortable payment range and Dykes went to work. First round wasn't close. He went back and "fought" for my range quote. He returned shortly and to my surprise, with 3 options, to include no money down, and raising my trade-in value, got me into a 2014 Silverado 1500 (LS)!!! Even with 3 selected warranty packages my payment was only $4.00 over my current payment. As you can imagine, I'm still shocked n elated at the same time. I feel as a return customer, Dykes and Hendricks went far beyond my expectations. They will go to any (Legal!) lengths to earn your trust and business. I can say, if I were to move out of state and looking for a new vehicle, they would be my first avenue...Thanks Guys for your hard work n my wife loves the new truck! More

Don Taylor and Howard Messex at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet were extremely easy to work with in helping me find the Chevrolet Tahoe that I was seeking with the exact equipment package I desired. Besides being were extremely easy to work with in helping me find the Chevrolet Tahoe that I was seeking with the exact equipment package I desired. Besides being an outgoing friendly person, Don's most important quality is that he listens to the customer's vehicle requirements without trying to sell you something that you don't want or need. Then, when he understands what you are looking for, he sets about to find it if it is not on the Rick Hendrick's lot. While such a search with another dealer could have been anxiety producing, working with Don and Howard made it extremely easy. Even though they had to search a long way to find my new Tahoe, Rick Hendrick Chevrolet made the whole car-buying experience totally pleasant and I left with just the vehicle I was seeking. I look forward to a long continued relationship with the Rick Hendricks dealership. More

I was greeted upon entry to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet by my salesperson, James Barnes. He treated me with much respect, in regard to the purchase of my new Traverse to the trade-in of my 9 1/2 year old Chevy T salesperson, James Barnes. He treated me with much respect, in regard to the purchase of my new Traverse to the trade-in of my 9 1/2 year old Chevy Trail Blazer ( in which James helped me to overcome my separation anxiety : ). James kept me well-informed of the status of my vehicle in regard to having leather and heated seats installed. He and all the staff were efficient and patient and went out of their way to accommodate me. I am still hoping to receive a complimentary 3rd row mat and cargo mat--so hopefully that will come through! Sandra Gotz assisted me the day I picked up the vehicle and handled the final paperwork and insurance details excellently. Don Smith provided me with a great orientation to the vehicle and patiently went through its many features with much patience given I am electronically/technically challenged : ). Great experience. This is our families 3rd vehicle from this dealership (back when it was Colonial). I was under a lot of stress about getting into a new car. ( I was trading in a 3 month old car I bought this dealership (back when it was Colonial). I was under a lot of stress about getting into a new car. ( I was trading in a 3 month old car I bought in April and did not like.) My salesperson, Sandra went the extra mile and actually drove a car to me at my lunch break so I could compare it to another car brand I was test driving (ford) That sealed the deal for me and I knew which car I wanted after that. So now I am happily back into a Suburban! I felt the staff also met my financial needs as well and were patient with me through the 2 week long process of me deciding what to do! More
