Wow, really great service department! OMG, this was so much better than the service I was getting at another Jeep dealership in Cobb county! The difference was day and night. All I've be OMG, this was so much better than the service I was getting at another Jeep dealership in Cobb county! The difference was day and night. All I've been needing is a express oil change and inspections. At Rick Hendrick Jeep in Duluth they did the job FAST, without an appointment, and car was ready exactly when they told me it would be ready! At that other terrible dealership in Cobb I've had to make an appointment, then still have to wait hours, or leave the car all day for the same oil change service, and that place always tried to sell lots of extras I didn't need or want. It was the total opposite here! My service advisor Heather Kratky was totally professional, very friendly, and provided awesome service and quickly took care of all paperwork for the maintenance plan I have. I'm sold, I'll be bring my Jeep back to Hendrick Jeep in Duluth for service every time in the future even though it is a half hour farther drive for me (than that awful Marietta place). I only wish I had discovered their great service 2 years ago:). More

Engine light kept coming on! Came to the your service center for a recall for which you replaced the water pump and did a software upgrade to the transmission. A couple days after I left the engine light came on twice then went off over the weekend. On Tuesday (7/3) before I was scheduled to go out of town it came on again. I was close to another Dodge/Ram dealer so I stopped in and asked them to take a look. After 2 hours they called and asked me if I had the truck serviced recently. Their response was the dealer didn't reconnect the vacuum hose properly and the clamp holding the hose wasn't tight. Guess who was disappointed? More
