Zack in service was great got me Lyft home and back to dealership while car was being worked on. I bought car and 2weeks later found a problem with th front rotors. Would give zero stars if possible. They exercised predatory pricing and tried to sell me the car for significantly more than was stated on their own website. They neglected to disclose the discounts list on their site and tried to charge and additional $5k for market adjustments. In addition they did not honor the estimated trade in from the website. Overall, a waste of time. The only value in the trip was solidifying that I will never buy a car from them in the future. More
Watch for deceptive business practices. I got an email from the dealer I work with that they want to buy my truck. A few weeks later I get an email about buying a new car at INVOICE. Accord I got an email from the dealer I work with that they want to buy my truck. A few weeks later I get an email about buying a new car at INVOICE. According to all car sites and an offer from Carmax my 2 year old truck is worth around $38k. A new truck lists at $45k with an invoice around $41k. Their first offer was a $22k trade in difference. What??? Dealer stated they don't sell trucks at INVOICE although their email said just the opposite. So what does he do??? Comes back with an offer at $14k difference and lowers the trade in value of my truck. $8k less in 30 minutes...but still at least $10k from what a reasonable deal should be. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. More

I have complained against this dealership before; however, Skylar called me and said that they have improved their service and to give them another try. I reluctantly agreed and asked for the out th however, Skylar called me and said that they have improved their service and to give them another try. I reluctantly agreed and asked for the out the door (OTD) price on the Civic EXL on the lot. Skylar said the MSRP was $28065 but they have included add ons of $1995 plus TTL. And he went on to say that I must come in to sign the deal in person. I took my son yesterday to view the car and Skylar assigned another guy to handle the transaction. Skylar disappeared. So the new guy was afraid to give the OTD price so he had another manage step in. This manager, an older man, proceeded to say the car now will cost MSRP + Add ons + MARKET ADJUSTMENT! $28065. + 1995.00 + 5,999.00! I got upset and yelled at him and scratched his document and informed him THAT WAS NOT WHAT SKYLAR had offered. At this point I walked out and left a scathing voicemail for Skylar, that how could he stoop so low and have me travel over an hour to the dealership and changed the deal at the last minute by adding another $5999.00 to the agreed price! What xxxxxxxx. THIS IS IT. I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT NOW THEY ARE REALLY DEAD TO ME. BUYERS BEWARE OF THE LAST MINUTE UNDERHANDED GREEDY GAME PLAYING. I asked the dealer how can they justify thousands of dollars on market adjustment yet the dealer cost from the manufacturer is the same. I am still waiting on their reply. More
