I purchased a 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 From Rivard GMC in Aug of this year. The Salesman David told me they would replace the broken center console when i agreed to purchase the vehicle. I have contacted him Aug of this year. The Salesman David told me they would replace the broken center console when i agreed to purchase the vehicle. I have contacted him numerous time and have gotten no responses back. My wife and I also emailed the sales mgr and he has not responded either. We have purchased 4 New cars from this dealership so i guess that unless you buy a new car from them they don't care about your business. I'm guessing my only recourse is to call GM Corp since no one will contact me. More
