Hayley was absolutely amazing in helping my husband and me purchase a used vehicle from Rivard GMC. She knew we were shopping around for a particular vehicle. After we left to go look at another vehicle fr me purchase a used vehicle from Rivard GMC. She knew we were shopping around for a particular vehicle. After we left to go look at another vehicle from another dealership, Hayley, took our calls requesting further information on their vehicle. We decided to buy the vehicle from Rivard because it was a superior deal than all others for a newer vehicle with less miles. There we no hidden fees outside of your typical tax, tag, title, and dealership fees (which I also feel the dealership fees were lower than most). Thank you so much Hayley for your transparency and for making this experience stress free. Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had!! Had a great experience purchasing a truck from this GMV dealer, Alex made it very easy and the process was so much faster than everywhere I've even been, I really hate going to dealerships because it alway dealer, Alex made it very easy and the process was so much faster than everywhere I've even been, I really hate going to dealerships because it always seems like u spend all day there just to get a vehicle.
