Car would not start My wife and I came into the dealership because her car would not start. They said it was the battery and replaced it and called me to pick it up. We p My wife and I came into the dealership because her car would not start. They said it was the battery and replaced it and called me to pick it up. We picked it up and the dash board and speedometer did not work still so they took it back in kept it overnight and replaced the fuse. So I had to drive up there because they just threw a battery in it and didn’t check anything else. Then had to drive back home then drive up the next day to pick it up and all I got for my 2 hours of time is an apology. Disappointed due to dealerships thinking my time isn’t valuable and requiring multiple trips for a simple repair. In the industry that I am in if I make somebody late to a meeting by 15 minutes because they’re waiting on information from me I could get fired it seems that car dealerships there is not any corrective action for wasting your PAYING customers time. More
