Long wait and improper tire inflation Oil and filter and rotate and balance. Waited almost 2 hours, Upon leaving the lot, I noticed the tires were almost flat. I checked the pressure and Oil and filter and rotate and balance. Waited almost 2 hours, Upon leaving the lot, I noticed the tires were almost flat. I checked the pressure and noticed they were set to 30 PSI. I complained to the service advisor who told me the techs go by the door panel. That is ridiculous. If I had a donut on would the tech set it to 30 psi per the door panel? My tires are LT 10 ply tires and had the recommended 50 PSI in them when I arrived. So the tech let 20 lbs of air out of each tire. I waited almost another 30 minutes to have the proper inflation set. This is incompetence, and failure to acknowledge responsibility for making a mistake with safety implications. More

Came in to pickup the truck and do the paperwork and everything was ready and the process was quick. He was able to get me a specialty license plate that my wife wanted. The truck was clean and looked great. Also the full tank of gas was a nice surprise.
