Great car buying experience I normally fear the process of buying a new vehicle. Well my experience at GMC was none of that. Frank Hernandez was very knowledgeable and didn’t stop til he found the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend my friends to share in the same experience I had. Truck is poorly designed. I have no issue with Rivard, it is my truck that gives erroneous service readings and shifts like a tank. Great service I have two Chevy vehicles. I do not take my car to Ferman Chevrolet because they have horrible customer service. I found service advisor Bob at Rivard I have two Chevy vehicles.
