I walked into this dealership by accident. I meant to go into Gerald Hyundai because I did not realize that it had a different entrance. As soon as I was walking up to the door Jim Sanders smi I meant to go into Gerald Hyundai because I did not realize that it had a different entrance. As soon as I was walking up to the door Jim Sanders smiled and asked if he could help me. I said I am looking for a Hyundai with AWD, that's when he informed me that this entrance is for Jeep/Chrysler. I was going to walk out and he asked if I would consider purchasing a Jeep with AWD, I said I don't think I can afford it. He asked me how much I was looking to spend and showed me two Jeep options. He knew what I wanted to spend and kept me completely within my price range. I was so thankful and I was finished with my purchase and out the door in less than 3 hours. They even stayed open late for me. Thank you for all your kindness. More

Incredibly disappointed - Bad customer service To say I'm incredibly disappointed & frustrated with this dealership is an understatement. I had set up an appointment last week to bring in my car o To say I'm incredibly disappointed & frustrated with this dealership is an understatement. I had set up an appointment last week to bring in my car on Wed, 9/13. The day before my appointment they sent me a text reminder. Well, I walked in for my appointment & the Service Department acted like they had no idea I was coming. I felt brushed off & unimportant from the start.....like no one really wanted to help me. I explained very carefully to Mike in the Service Department there is an electrical issue with my car which causes my locks to start locking & unlocking by itself...shortly thereafter my trunk will open by itself. In fact, I was driving to work on I-88 that morning & it opened up. There is some kind of electrical issue that may have something to do with the remote start. From the moment I sat down with a gentleman who handles used care & I felt like he could have cared less about me or my problem. I explained my issues to him & he immediately trying to pass this problem off on someone else other than Riverfront. I paid for a warranty that should have clearly covered these issues. I took delivery of my Toyota Corolla back in June 2017 & there is only 36,000 miles on it. The Serv Department had a technician look at my car....who knows how long they actually looked at it. The technician says my car needs to be taken into a body shop. I was then called & explained that because of my accident that the only way my trunk can be fixed is by taking it into a body shop. I told him my car has not been in an accident, but he didn't care. He & the technician also brushed off my lock issue. They didn't fix anything & didn't want to take the time to try & see what was really wrong with my car. He had more important things to work on. This is poor customer service. Everyone in the Service Department did an awful job. I had to readjust my schedule & take time off work to make sure that I could bring in my car & have a technician look at it. They didn't do their due diligence. This is terrible customer service & it sounds like Riverfront doesn't want to guarantee their product or services. More
