Bob is extremely knowledgeable regarding all of the technical specifications of every Toyota model. It was great to work with such a nice and intelligent man. He is not a high pressure type of salesman which I also appreciated. We also got a very good price on the highlander which of course, made me very happy. His coworker, Cynthia Rojas also helped us with our purchase. She is just the nicest person you will ever meet. She took us out test driving and allowed us to try several different makes and models of Toyotas. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful also. We were so happy with our purchase of the Highlander that we went back 2 weeks later to buy a 2017 Toyota Camry XLE from Bob and Cynthia! Again, it was a great experience.
