Service service service I started coming here because they were the closest dealer--this was almost ten years ago. I keep coming because the service is excellent. If I have to drop the car off, they will have a driver take me to where I need to be and, if necessary, pick me up. They are generally quite thorough in their examination of the car and will give me a heads up on tire wear or any other potential hazards. All the people I have dealt with are courteous and friendly--not something I have always encountered in auto service companies. I usually deal with Ron Odegaard, and he has always gone the extra mile, including one time when he untangled a mess in my service contract that the dealership from which I had bought the car (not Rivera) caused. In my opinion my Toyota Highlander (my second) is one of the best SUV's out there in terms of mechanical soundness and longevity, but I would venture to say that this is enhanced by the level and quality of service at Rivera Toyota. Oh, and they will wash and vacuum your car gratis. More

The best I've seen I tried this place after getting tired of another service I didn't trust much (farther south) but had used for location convenience. It was necessary for me to use a dealership repair, so despite my expectation that prices would be higher, I took my car to Rivera Toyota repairs in Mt. Kisco, not certain how long I'd be stuck farther away from my home. The waiting area was clean, stocked with Keurig coffees and real milk, cold bottled water, and in the a.m., some free foods, full service cable TV, and magazines. I was comfortable for the needed time, and I got the news that the car wouldn't be finished until the next day. To my surprise, I was offered a loaner car (new model crossover) for the night, no charge. After the repair and a needed drive for about 100 miles, I returned for the car inspection (on a Sat.). My car passed (after much confusion at @2 previous service stations). Kevin was incredibly nice and obviously tried to do everything he could to accompany my needs, given my distance and unusual work schedule. The overall morale in the place seemed very high. I will always take my car there. More
